Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We understand that circumstances can change. However, cancellations may result in operational disruption and financial loss due to the advance scheduling of our operatives and resources. This policy sets out our cancellation terms clearly and fairly.

2. Notice Requirements
Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time of the service to avoid cancellation charges. This allows us to reallocate resources and offer the reserved time slot to other clients.

3. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be communicated either in writing via email or by telephone on 0800 009 6960. Clients must provide their full name, booking/reference number and details of the service being cancelled. Failure to provide this information may delay processing.

4. Cancellation Charges
More than 72 hours’ notice – No charge and a full refund will be issued where payment has been made.

Between 48 and 72 hours’ notice – A cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed fee will apply.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation – The full agreed fee is payable and no refund will be issued.

5. Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control, we may, at our discretion, waive cancellation charges or offer credit for future services. Each case will be assessed individually.

7. Service-Specific Variations
Some services may have alternative cancellation terms. Any variations will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

8. Acceptance
By making a booking with Dion International Ltd, the client confirms acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.

9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. While we aim to keep website content accurate, this document shall take precedence over any conflicting or outdated information published elsewhere.
