We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, cancellations may result in inconvenience and financial implications for our business. We have operatives in place to undertake the work and their days must be organised in advance. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
a) If a cancellation is made within the specified timeframe (48 hours prior to the scheduled start), no cancellation charges will apply, and the customer will receive a full refund, if applicable.
b) Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total rate for that agreed date.
c) Cancellation made on the day of the operation, the customer will be responsible for the full payment and no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds:
a) Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
b) Any bank or transaction fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the service from going ahead, we may consider a waiver of cancellation charges or offer a credit for future use. Such cases will be assessed on an individual basis.
Please note that our cancellation policy may vary for specific services. Any variations to this policy will be clearly communicated to the customer during the booking process.
