ELECTRONIC BUG SWEEPS

1. Scope of Service
We will conduct a professional electronic bug sweep using advanced detection equipment to identify and locate unauthorised surveillance devices within the specified premises or area agreed prior to commencement.

2. No Guarantee
While every reasonable effort is made to detect surveillance devices, we cannot guarantee the identification or removal of every possible device due to evolving technology and concealment methods.

3. Deliverables
Upon completion of the sweep, you will receive a written report detailing any findings, including the location of detected devices and recommendations for further action where appropriate.

4. Fees & Payment
Fees are charged at £275.00 per hour per specialist, plus VAT, payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees also apply where our officers are required to attend court or provide expert testimony. Payment covers time, professional expertise and equipment use regardless of outcome.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where these terms are breached, instructions are unlawful or safety risks arise.

6. Limitation of Liability
Dion International Ltd accepts no liability for any consequences arising from undetected devices or actions taken as a result of sweep findings.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information obtained during the service is treated as strictly confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9. Acceptance
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
