PROCESS SERVING

1. Scope of Services
We will make up to three (3) attempts to serve legal documents on the individual or entity specified by the client. Attempts will be made within reasonable operational timeframes based on location and availability.

2. Deliverables
Upon completion, we can provide a Statement of Service, Affidavit or Certificate of Service upon request, subject to applicable fees.

3. Fees & Payment
Service fee: £175.00 + VAT, payable in advance. This fee includes service attempts within a 20-mile radius. Additional charges apply for travel time and mileage beyond this radius. Additional attempts beyond the initial three will be charged at our published rates where further service is requested. Fees also apply where our process servers are required to attend court to provide evidence.

4. Important Conditions
No guarantee of successful service is provided, although we will make every reasonable effort to complete service, including aiming for service within 24 hours of receiving full instructions where possible. We accept no liability for original documents lost in transit. Where affidavits or documents require reissue, additional fees may apply.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where these terms are breached, instructions are unlawful or safety risks arise.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information is handled confidentially and processed in accordance with data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

8. Acceptance
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
