TRACING SERVICES
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional tracing and asset tracing investigations using lawful databases and investigative resources to locate individuals and identify assets as instructed by the client.
2. Deliverables
Where a fixed address is successfully identified, the client may receive some or all of the following information, where available:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
For asset tracing cases, deliverables may include identification of financial assets, property holdings, business interests or other traceable assets, subject to lawful access and availability of information.
3. Fees & Payment
Tracing Service (Individual Tracing)
• £249.99 + VAT on a “no trace, no fee” basis
• Case opening administration fee: £49.99 + VAT (non-refundable, deductible from final invoice if trace is successful)
Asset Tracing Service
• Fixed fee: £999.99 + VAT payable in advance
• Case opening administration fee: £49.99 + VAT (non-refundable, payable in advance)
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional fees apply where our agents are required to attend court or provide evidence.
4. Important Conditions
Clients acknowledge that payment covers time, professional expertise and resources, not guaranteed results. Information obtained must not be used maliciously, unlawfully or in a manner that may cause distress or alarm. In sensitive cases, including where the subject is vulnerable, in protective custody or a survivor of abuse, we may request solicitor details before releasing information.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate investigations where these terms are breached, instructions are unlawful or ethical concerns arise.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information obtained is treated as strictly confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
8. Acceptance
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
