DUE DILIGENCE & BACKGROUND ENQUIRIES

1. Scope of Services
We provide professional due diligence and background enquiry services using lawful investigative resources to obtain information on the specified individual or entity. Clients may select either a Basic or Advanced Due Diligence service as agreed prior to commencement.

2. Service Levels & Fees
Basic Due Diligence: £500.00 + VAT
Advanced Due Diligence: £1,200.00 + VAT
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional fees apply where our agents are required to attend court or provide expert testimony.

3. Guarantees & Timescales
No guarantee of outcome is provided. We will pursue all reasonable lines of enquiry within our professional remit. Timescales vary depending on case complexity. Investigations commence only once cleared funds have been received. Cases without positive results are reviewed weekly for the first month and monthly thereafter.

4. Deliverables
Where enquiries are successful, a full written report will be provided outlining findings and supporting information where appropriate.

5. Important Conditions
Clients acknowledge that fees are for time, expertise and resources, not guaranteed results. Information obtained must not be used maliciously, unlawfully or to cause distress. We may request solicitor details for sensitive cases including but not limited to vulnerable subjects, protective custody matters or abuse-related investigations.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate investigations where these terms are breached, instructions are unlawful or ethical concerns arise.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information is processed securely and treated as strictly confidential in accordance with data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9. Acceptance
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
