GENERAL ENQUIRIES

1. Scope of Service
We will undertake general enquiries, intelligence gathering, witness tracing, neighbourhood enquiries, door-to-door enquiries and other investigative activities as instructed by the client and agreed prior to commencement, where boots-on-the-ground enquiries are required.

2. Nature of Enquiries
General enquiries are conducted on a reasonable endeavours basis. Information obtained may be dependent upon the cooperation, availability and willingness of third parties to engage. We cannot guarantee that enquiries will produce information, evidence or a specific outcome.

3. Lawful Enquiries
All enquiries will be conducted lawfully and ethically. Investigators will not misrepresent themselves as police officers, government officials or any other person for the purpose of obtaining information.

4. Deliverables
Upon completion of the assignment, the client will receive a written report detailing enquiries undertaken, information obtained and any recommendations for further action where appropriate.

5. Fees & Payment
Fees are charged at £39.99 per hour per investigator, plus VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel, accommodation, mileage and other reasonable expenses may be charged in addition where applicable. Payment covers time, professional expertise and resources deployed regardless of outcome.

6. Information Provided by Client
The client warrants that all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where these terms are breached, instructions are unlawful, misleading information has been provided or safety risks arise.

8. Limitation of Liability
Dion International Ltd accepts no liability for the actions, statements or representations of third parties contacted during the course of enquiries, nor for any decision taken by the client based upon information obtained.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information obtained during the service is treated as strictly confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Acceptance
By making payment, or in writing, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
