1. Purpose
This Letter of Engagement confirms your instruction to Dion International Ltd to provide professional investigation, security or consultancy services as requested by you.

2. Your Instruction
By submitting an engagement form, email or written instruction, you authorise Dion International Ltd to act on your behalf. The information you provide forms the basis of this engagement.

3. Scope of Work
Services will be delivered strictly in accordance with:
• The information you provided
• Any written confirmation issued by us
• The relevant Service Terms & Conditions

Any change or extension to the scope must be agreed in writing.

4. Fees & Payment
Fees are charged in accordance with the applicable Service-Specific Terms & Conditions or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may be required in advance. Work will not commence until cleared funds are received where applicable.

5. Relationship to Other Documents
This engagement is governed by and must be read in conjunction with:
• Terms of Business
• Service Terms
• Cancellation Policy
• Privacy Policy

These documents form part of this agreement.

6. Confidentiality
All engagements are treated as strictly confidential.

7. Acceptance
By submitting an engagement form and ticking the agreement box, you confirm your acceptance of this Letter of Engagement and all associated policies.

8. Governing Law
This engagement is governed by the laws of Scotland.
